Gary is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant (CPA, CGA) with a specialization in taxation through the In-Depth Tax Course offered by CPA Canada.  Before joining Green Private Wealth, Gary worked for almost 10 years at a local accounting firm with his main focus in personal and corporate tax services for individuals and business of all sizes. Prior to that, Gary worked in 2 different large international accounting firms providing general accounting and US personal tax services.

Gary was born and raised in Scarborough, ON and moved to Woodstock close to 20 years ago when he married his wife, Jaclyn. Together they have 4, almost all teen aged, children. Gary is very involved in his kid's sports and his church, where he is currently treasurer for the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Churches in Canada. When the weather is warm, you will find Gary at the ball diamonds coaching and playing in the Christian Men's Slo-Pitch League or assisting with coaching for his daughter's fast-pitch team. Gary can also be found, at the pool with his son, cheering him on at competitive swim meets.

Gary brings a wealth of experience and a passion to help people navigate the challenging tax environment we live in. He prides himself in assisting each individual client meet their current and future estate plans, through strategic tax planning.
